56 men working for 27 days completes 448 meters

1 men working for 27 days completes (448/56) = 8 meters

1 men working for 1 day completes  (8/27) meters

Remaining work = 1000 - 448 = 552 meters

Remaining  days = 50 - 27 = 23 days

1 men working for 23 days complete (8/27) × 23 = 184/27 meters

No of men required to complete 552 meters in 23 days = 552 ÷ 184/27

             = (552 × 27) / 184 = 81 mens

56 men are already working

so number of more men require = 81 -56 = 25

hence 25 more men needs to be employed to finish work in 50 days
