Mr X has to cover a certain distance he covers 2/5 of the total distance by car, 3/10 by bus, 1/5 buy auto rickshaw and the remaining 5 km on foot what is the total distance ?

Let total Distance be x
By car = 2/5 x
By bus =3/10 x
By auto =1/5x
Total covered = (2/5+3/10+1/5)x
= (9/10)x
Remaining distance = x-(9/10x) = x/10
GIVEN x/10 = 5
So x=50km
By car = 2/5 x
By bus =3/10 x
By auto =1/5x
Total covered = (2/5+3/10+1/5)x
= (9/10)x
Remaining distance = x-(9/10x) = x/10
GIVEN x/10 = 5
