perimeter of park=2(1+b)=2(100+80)=2*180=360 m

distance of 1 round =360 metres

distance of 6 rounds=360*6=2160 metres

speed of mridul=9

kmph=9*1000/3600=2.5 m/s

Speed =distance/time

time=dist./speed=2160/2.5=865 sec=14 min 25 sec

Given,

length of park = 100m

breadth of park = 80m

perimeter of park = 2(length+ breadth)

perimeter of park = 2(100+80)

perimeter of park = 2×180 = 360m

Speed with which mridul is jogging

=9km/h =9×1000/3600 =2.5m/s

Distance covered by mridul in one round = 360m

Distance covered by mridul in 6 rounds =6×360m

= 2160m

time taken = distance / speed

t= 2160/2.5

t=21600/25

= 4320/5

= 864 sec

= 14.4 min
