mridula \: takes \: time \: = 5 \times \frac{5}{3 } \\ = \frac{20}{3} \\ rahul \: takes \: time \: = 7 \times \frac{1}{2} \\ = \frac{15}{2} \\ \\ extra \: time \: taken \: by \: rahul \: \\ = \frac{15}{2} - \frac{20}{3} \\ = \frac{45 - 40}{6} = \frac{5}{6} minutes

Hello friends

Step-by-step explanation:time taken by mridula =5×5/3=20/3

Time taken by Rahul 7×1/2=15/2

Extra time taken by Rahul =

15/2-20/7
