A- Biking

Biking is an ideal exercise for cardio. It helps in increasing flexibility in the whole body but mainly targets the legs and back of the individual who is opting this in his/her workout.

B- Cross-country skiing

Skiing is also great exercise. Again, it offers flexibility to every muscle of the body. Balancing and moving is the action which is constant in this sport. So, this would also assist Andrea in her target.

C- Swimming

Swimming is said to be the best sport that enhances the body flexibility as it creates tension in each and every muscle- small to large- in the human body. It is great in curing asthma and other lung related problems too. Therefore, it is a necessary workout for Andrea.

D- Weightlifting

This exercise, however, is not a flexibility increasing sport. It is classified under strength workouts. Hence, this exercise would not support Andrea's present goal.
