Answer:

Its not clear from question whether Rs.59000 is inclusive GST & you want to know exclusive GST price or you want to know what will be price after 18% GST on Rs.59000.

In first scenario : As per Rule 35 of Determination of Value of Supply CGST Rules, 2017, where value of goods or services or both includes amount of tax (GST).

Amount of Tax =

(Value Inclusive of Tax × Tax Rate) ÷ (100 + Sum of Tax)

So, Amount of Tax= (59000*18)÷118 = ₹9000

Value of Supply = ₹59000- ₹9000= ₹50000.

In Second Situation :

Actual Price including GST@18% on ₹59000=

₹59000 × 118% = ₹69620.
