Solution :

63 + 36 ( There's a common factor in both of them that is 9 )

9 ( 7 + 4 ) This is Equivalent

Next case ,

63 + 36 ( Another factor that is 3 )

3 ( 21 + 12 ) This is not the answer but still yet This is Equivalent .
