Mrs. Anita observed that her cooking utensils are becoming black in colour and the flame of her gas stove is yellowish in colour.

The gas is burning with a sooty flame because LPG coming out of the cylinder is not burning properly.
Sooty flame release carbon monoxide which is a poisonous gas and sooty flame also release a lot of unburnt carbon particles which make utensils black.
This can be stopped by regularly checking the burner holes, cylinder valve and connecting pipe. And cleaning them if nedded.

it can be that the lPG is not burning properly
presence of less oxygen can be the reason for soory flame
it is harmful because it produce many toxic gases like co2 etc
we can stop it by making the supply good of oxygen there ...
