Total property be Rs.x

Total property = Son's share + daughter's share + niece share

Total Property = 1/4(total property) + 2/3(total property) + 7,00,000

x = 1/4x + 2/3x + 7,00,000

x - 1/4 x -2/3x = 7,00,000

(12x - 3x - 8x) / 12 = 7,00,000

x = 12(7,00,000) = 84,00,000

total worth of the property = Rs.84,00,000
