Let Rekha's present age be r, then Mrs.Goel's present age be 27+r

Given (27+r+8)=2(r+8)

r= 19yrs

FATHERS AGE PRESENT AGE - x+27

LATER 8 YEARS -

REKHA'S AGE - x+8

FATHERS AGE - x+27+8 ( x+25)

= x+35 = 2(x+8)

= x+35 = 2x +16

= 2x -x = 35-16

= x = 19.

THEREFORE,
