Assuming that they both reach the office at sharp 10:00 A.M

Mrs. Jain takes 45 minutes to cover 30 kms whereas Mrs. Mathur takes only 40 minutes to cover 40 kms

So it is very clear that Mrs. Mathur takes shorter time to cover a longer distance than Mrs. Jain. So even without calculation, we can say that Mrs. Mathur drives faster.

If we calculate their speeds,

Mrs. Jain's speed = $\frac{30}{\frac{3}{4} }$ = 40 km/h

Mrs. Mathur's speed = $\frac{40}{\frac{2}{3} }$ = 60 km/h

So we can say that Mrs. Mathur drives faster
