Answer:

As per the given data, first we need to find the whole area and then subtract the area occupied by the house.

Area of the square plot =25 m×25 m=625 m

2

Now, total area = area occupied by the house = Area of rectangle with length 20 m and breadth 15 m.

∴ Area of the house =20 m×15 m=300 m

2

Then, area occupied by the garden = Total area − area of the house =625−300=325 m

2

Cost for 1 m

2

=Rs. 55

Then, total cost for developing a garden =325×55=Rs. 17875

Hence, the answer is 17875.

Answer:-

17,875

Explanation:-

Area of plot=S×S

=25×25

=625m²

Area of house=L×B

=20×15

=300m²

Area of garden=Area of plotArea of house

=625m²–300m²

=325m²

Cost of 1m²=₹55

Cost of 325m²=₹55×325

=₹17,875
