Let the present age of Priyanka be x years

    After 8 years,

Age of Priyanka = present age + 8 years

                           = x years + 8 years

                           = ( x + 8 ) years

Age of Mr. Kaushik = present age + 8 years

                                = ( x + 27 ) years + 8 years

                                = ( x + 27 + 8 ) years

                                = ( x + 35 ) years

   According to the question :-

Age of Mr. Kaushik after 8 years = 2 times of the age of priyanka after 8 years

∴ Present age of Priyanka = x years

                                              = 19 years
