Mrs. Krishna bought a colour television (CTV) against six months warranty. The

CTV stopped working after three months. When she complained to the dealer /

shop where it was purchased, they sent an engineer to set it right. The CTV

continues to give trouble and Mrs Krishna no longer gets any reply to the complaint

she made to the dealer / shop. She decides to write to the Consumer Forum in

her area. Write a letter on her behalf. You may discuss with your partner / group

members before you write it.​

Dear Sir,

On 23rd of September I bought a television of your company from Amazon. As promised an engineer was sent to set it up. But after a few days it started giving trouble. I tried to contact your customer service many times. No one replies or even call back.  

To resolve the problem, I would like to have your assistance in Pune. I have enclosed the copies of my purchase records.  

I look forward to your reply and a solution to my problem. I will wait till 30th Jan 2020 before seeking any third party assistance.  Please contact me on 97********.
