Here, there are two sentences:-

1) Mrs. Kumar has been a teacher for 3 years.

2) She will now retire.

We use conjunction (CONJ or CNG) to connect words, phrases, clauses or sentences but as you mentioned in comments to not to use any conjunction, I'll not use it here.

I'll use "who" here to introduce a clause giving further information about a person or people previously mentioned and comma (,).

So, the new sentence will be:-

Mrs. Kumar who has been a teacher for 3 years, will now retire.

(Note:- You should write the complete question. If you wrote this by mistake, then it is ok.)
