It was not a good shot as she killed goat not the tiger .so miss luna bimberton then starting blackmailing ms packletide....

Mrs. Packletide was not a professional hunter. When she took her shot, it wounded and killed the goat. The tiger suffered a heart-failure and died. She missed her shot but was able to annoy Loona Bimberton.
