Dear Madam,

This is Leela Ghosh of flat 23 in the A-wing. I am writing this letter to you to inform you that our society has individual parking spaces available for each of its residents.

I suppose that you are new to our building and thus I felt the need to write this letter to you to ensure that you avail the parking facilities available. Each new resident is allotted a parking spot in either the underground or over-ground parking areas. I advise you to speak to the watchman if you have not found a convenient space to park your vehicle and am sure he shall advise you and make space available as soon as is possible. We have a parking space already reserved for us and so should you if you may speak to the watchman. The chairman of the building, Mr.Katkar has already decided a parking plan so that nuisances are avoided and space is available for each car. I have already forwarded his number to you and I request you to speak with him and the watchman to reserve a parking space.

I hope that you shall consider this suggestion and avail the facilities that are available.
