Step-by-step explanation:

2 quintals = 200 kg

C. P. of Apples= 17000 Rs.

Transportation Charges = 15 ×200= 3000 Rs.

Total CP = Actual CP + overhead Expenses

= 17000+3000= 20000 Rs.

Damaged Apples= 10 Kg

Remaining Apples = 200-10= 190 Kg

SP of 1 kg apples = 120 Rs

Total SP= 120×190= 22800 Rs.

Because SP > CP

So, Profit = SP - CP

Profit = 22800 - 20000 Rs = 2800 Rs.

Now,

Profit\% =  \frac{profit}{cp}  \times 100 \\  =  \frac{2800}{20000}  \times 100 \\  =  \frac{280000}{20000}  \\  =  \frac{28}{2}  \\  = 14\% \: profit

Hope it helps you
