Step-by-step explanation:

given = sugar she brought 2 kg

sugar she used in making cake is = 2*1/2kg =1kg

sugar she used in making lamonade = 2/5*2=4/5

a) total sugar used = 1+4/5=5+4/5=9/5

b) sugar left =2kg -9/5kg = 10-9/5kg = 1/5 kg

hope it helped ........
