Given :-

To Find:

  • income to Income tax

Solution

a) Income tax = 24,000

Income = rupees 2,50,000

 \huge \bold{ratio =  \frac {income \: tax}{income}}

 \huge \bold \red{ratio =  \frac{24000}{250000}}

 \huge \bold \pink{ =  \frac{ 12}{125} }

Therefore, ratio of income tax to income is 12:125

Detailed explaination

  • In this question firstly, we have to find income tax to income. so, the income tax is rupees 24000 and income is 250000 so we will cut the terms and we got 12/125 so the answer of Q.no A will be 12:125

  • In QNo.B the Question is saying to find the ratio of income to income tax so the income is 250000 and income tax is 24000 so we will cut the terms and we got 125/12 so the answer is 125:12
