Answer: c. Rs 45,000

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x denotes Mrs.  Sheela's monthly income.

Then, Money spent on Children's education=0.18x

Money spent on household expenses= 0.32x

Money spent on travelling = 0.12x

Then, the Remaining money = x- 0.18x-0.32x-0.12x=0.38x

Money spent on gambling = 0.45(0.38)x=0.171x

Since, the money left = Rs 9,405

\Rightarrow\ 0.171x=9405\\\\\Rightarrow\ x=\dfrac{9405}{0.171}=45000

hence, Mrs. Sheela's monthly income=Rs 45,000
