60.250 kg - 53.725 kg = 6.525 kg
sharma must loose 6.525 kg

Mrs Sharma's weight is 60kg 250g = {(60*1000)+250} g = 60000+250 g = 60250g
Her weight should be 53kg 725g = (53*1000)+725 g = 53000+725g =53725g
She should loose = (60250-53725)g = 6525g = 6.525 kg
