Ms khemu poured some lukewarm milk in a bowl and added a spoon of curd to it she covered the bowl and kept it at a warm place .After a few hours , she noticed that curd had not formed why ???​

curd was not formed because to make curd formation of lactic acid is necessary, which is formed in presence of lactobaccilus bacteria but this bacteria grows in humid conditions ranging from 30 degree celsius to 40 degree celsius but milk is very warm• for formation of curd milk must be in room temperature neither too cold nor too hot
