There are two basic rules for converting sentences from Active Voice into Passive Voice, which are common for all tenses :---
1) The places of subject and object will be interchanged in the sentence.
Active voice :- Sub. + have/has + P.P.form of verb + obj.
Passive voice:- Sub.(obj.) + have been/has been + P.P. form of verb + prepositional by + obj.(Sub.)
2) Only 3rd form of the verb or Past Participle (e.g. written) will be used as a main verb in Passive Voice.

The simple rules that may help you to learn,how to change active voice into passive voice are :-
(i) Change object into subject and subject into object.
i.e. She learns a lesson( Active voice)
A lesson is learnt by her(passive voice)
(ii) "By" are used in these sentences but in some other prepositions are also used (for ex- at,to,in).
i.e. I like this book(. voice )
This book is liked by me( Passive voice )
(iii) Use third form of verb in these sentences.
i.e. He sings a song(Active voice)
A song is sung by him( Passive voice)
(iv) Helping verb is must in passive voice sentences.
i.e. I wrote books (Active voice)
Books are written by me( passive voice)
(v) If two objects are given in active voice then, it is changed into subject in passive voice,that may be living.
i.e. My brother gave me a mango ( Active voice )
I was given an apple,by my brother (passive voice)
