Answer:

Muhammad Bin Tughlaq who is also known as mad king, has ruled from the year 1325 to 1351.

He was a powerful ruler and was mainly famous for his irrational activities and sudden decisions.

His plans had good notions but lack of good executable skills. He wanted to rule whole Indian subcontinent and he took the decision of shifting his capital to Daulatabad from Delhi.

As per his order, whole city, population had to migrate to Daulatabad during which many people died and a hassle was created.

Not only that, Muhammad Bin Tughlaq again changed his decision and decided to shift back to Delhi. The chaos created during this time was not well conceived.

Though the capital shifting thing was a precautionary measure against Mongolian invasion, but the plan failed miserably.
