Yes Invasions of Muhammad Ghori changed the course of Indian History.... Because it was the Invasion of Ghori after which The Expansion of Turks started in India.... He defeated Prithviraj (III) Chauhan and consolidated his power On North West India.... After his 2nd Invasion he defeated many others and Started the Turks power in India....
