Answer:

He cannot appeal to any order higher authority as only those matters which have been directly filed in the National Commission and where the value of goods and services in question along with the compensation claimed exceed Rs. 1 crore, are appealable before Supreme Court

Answer: Mukul can appeal to the higher commission (state commission) within 45 days of the order from the Direct commission.

Explanation:

Since the complainant's amount is less than 1 crore, he needs to appeal to the Direct Commission.

But Mukul was not satisfied with the order of the Direct Commission.

So, Mukul can again appeal against the order of the Direct commission in the State commission on the ground of appropriate facts and law within forty-five days from the order of the Direct Commission.
