To reduce a fraction to lowest terms, divide the numerator and denominator by their Greatest Common Factor (GCF). This is also called simplifying the fraction.

a) 2/3*2*2/3

= 2*2*2/3*3

= 8/9

8/9 is in the lowest form.

(here, * represents multiplication)

b) 4/5*12/7

= 4*12/5*7

= 48/35

It is in its simplest form

c) 6*2/5*7/9

= 6*2*7/5*9

= 84/45

After making it into simplest form u will get,

= 28/15 (here divided by 3,common factor)

d) 3*4/7*3/5

= 3*4*3/7*5

= 36/35

It is in its lowest form.
