The change of the slope with series and parallel combination is given below:

  • For the first, as the combination is in series which means the voltage will increases withe the increase of resistance and the current will decrease.
  • So the slope will be more than that of A
  • For, the second one the combination is parallel which means more current will be there and less resistance.
  • Therefore the less than that of A
  • In the third one option D is correct because with increases in resistance current decreases and voltage increases.
