Given:

Available amount for unsecured creditors = 5,00,000

Unsecured creditors = 4,50,000

liquidators remuneration = 10 % on the payment of unsecured creditors

To find:

liquidator \: remuneration =  \frac{amt \: payable \: to \: creditors \times \% \: of \: commission}{100}

So,

liquidators remuneration = 4,50,000 ×10/100 =45,000
