To Find : The height of the tent is

Solution:

base diameter =  5 m

=> Base radius =  5/2 m

Slant height =  6.5 m

=> Height² = ( slant height)² - (base radius)²

=> Height² = (6.5)² - (5/2)²

=> Height² = (13/2)² - (5/2)²

= > Height² =  ( 13² - 5²)/2²

= > Height² =  ( 12²)/2²

=> Height  = 12/2

=> Height = 6 m

The height of the tent is   6 m
