Question :- Multiply : 2√3 by 3√2 ?

Solution :-

→ 2√3 * 3√2

Lets understand all multiple concept of roots ..

Ex :- a√b * c√d

  1. Multiply a to c seperate .
  2. in the root multiply b to d . { √a * √b = √(a * b) }
  3. if b = d , roots will be cancel . { √a * √a = a .}
  4. if b and d have any common roots , we can seperate them before or after multiply .
  5. Multiply both result now . (ac)√(bd)

So,

2√3 * 3√2

→ (2 * 3) * ( √3 * √2)

→ 6 * ( √3 * √2)

using √a * √b = √(a * b) now,

→ 6 * √(3 * 2)

→ 6 * √6
