273* 815 = (200+70+3)*(800+10+5)
= (200*800+200*10+200*5)+(70*800+70*10+70*5)+(3*800+3*10+3*5)
=222495
Multiply each term in the brackets with the terms in the other

wrong answer
i have converted them in terms of hundreds tens and ones and then did the multiplication know.... what is the mistake...?? when u multiply 273 by 815 u will get the same answer....
ok srry... i accidently interchanged the numbers....
but the method is the same... the ans would be 193155
