 = (3 +  \sqrt{3} )(2 -  \sqrt{7} ) \\  = 3(2 -  \sqrt{7} ) +  \sqrt{3} (2 -  \sqrt{7} ) \\  = 6 - 3 \sqrt{7}  + 2 \sqrt{3}  -  \sqrt{21}
