To Multiply:-

  • (3y²+5x²) and (5x²+3y²)

Solution:-

(3y²+5x²)×(5x²+3y²)

(3y²+5x²)×(3y²+5x²)

(3y²+5x²)²

[(3y²×5x²)+(3y²×3y²)]+[(5x²×5x²)+(5x²×3y²)]

[15x²y²+9y⁴]+[25x⁴+15x²y²]

25x⁴+9y⁴+30x²y²

OR

using the identity

(a+b)²

a²+b²+2ab

(3y²+5x²)²

here,a= 3y²,b=5x²

Substituting the values

(3y²)²+(5x²)²+(2×3y²×5x²)

9y⁴+25x⁴+30x²y²

Therefore the product is 9y⁴+25x⁴+30x²y²

Hope it helps
