\⟹(4x - 5y)(4x + 5y) =  {(4x)}^{2}  -  {(5y)}^{2}

=(4x - 5y) × (4x + 5y)

=16x² + 20xy - 20xy - 25y²

=16x² - 25y²

=(4x)² - (5y)²
