Answer :-

Before answrring i wanna say here -5 1/7 means = 5 × 7 + 1 = 35 + 1 = 36

and -2 1/3 = -(2 × 3 + 1) = -(6 + 1) = -(7) = -7

5 \frac{1}{7} \times - 2 \frac{1}{3} \\ \\ = \geqslant \frac{36}{7} \times \frac{ - 7}{3} \\ \\ = \geqslant now \: we \: will \: cut \: - 7 \: by \: 7 \: in \: one \: times \: \\ \\ = \geqslant \frac{36}{1} \times \frac{ - 1}{3} \\ \\ = \geqslant \: \: now \: we \: will \: cut \: 36 \: by \: 3 in \: 12 \: times \\ \\ = \geqslant 12 \times - 1 \\ \\ = \geqslant - 12

So we got the answer and the answer is -12 .
