\bf{ANSWER :-}

 =  >  {7}^{4}  \times   {7}^{3}

As we know that

 {a}^{b}  \times  {a}^{j}  =  {a}^{j + b}

So,

 =  >  {7}^{4 + 3 = 7}  =  {7}^{7}

Hence the answer of this question is 7^7
