Solution :

Multiplication of 3/8 and 6/9

= ( 3/8 ) × ( 6/9 )

= ( 3 × 6 )/( 8 × 9 )

= 18/72

Simplest form of ( 3/8 ) × ( 6/9 )

= ( 3 × 6 )/( 8 × 9 )

= ( 3 × 2 × 3 )/( 2 ×2×2×3×3 )

After cancellation , we get

= 1/4

= 0.25
