Hey There! Nice to see you again, I answered your other question a few minutes ago :D

As for this question, first we'll deal with the brackets according to BODMAS

So,

5/9 × -1/7

= 5 × -1/9 × 7

= -5/63

Next, the other bracket

-7/3 × 6/7

-7 × 6 / 3 × 7

-42/21

Now, we have:

-5/63 - (-42/21)

To solve this we have to get the denominators equal first, so we multiply to convert the denominators to their LCM

LCM of 63 and 21 = 63

-5/63 × 1/1 = -5/63

-42/21 × 3/3 = -126/63

Now:

[-5 - (-126)] /63

-5 + 126/63

121/63

We can now convert this to a mixed fraction to get 1 \frac{58}{63}

Hope this Helped!
