It is:
(-9)x7 = -63

So basically if u multiply a negative integer with a positive integer, first ignore the sign and multiply then put a negative sign before the answer you got.
If you are multiplying a negative integer with another negative integer, then ignore the sign and multiply. If one of the numbers is even then put a positive sign before the answer you got. If not put a negative sign.
