Here is your answer !!

( x - 4 ) ( 2x + 3 )
= x ( 2x + 3 ) - 4 ( 2x + 3 )
= 2x^2 + 3x - 8x - 12
= 2x^2 - 5x - 12 [ Answer ]

hay!!

(x-4)×(2x+3)

=> x(2x+3)-4(2x+3)

=> 2x²+3x-8x+12

=> 2x²-5x+12
