(x^2-x+1)(x-1)

= x^3-x^2+x-X^2+x-1

= X^3 - 2x^2 + 2x - 1

=x[x^2-x+1]-1[x^2-x+1]
=x^3-x^2+x-x^2+x-1
=X^3-2x^2+2x-1
