Muscular force is the type of force wherein we use our physical strength to change the state of motion of an object. Walking, running, jumping, lifting a weight, etc. all are examples of muscular force and there are many more activities which are done by applying power of muscles that all will be examples of muscular force.Muscular force is a force that is exerted as a result of the action of muscles. For example, lifting an object, or walking, or crushing an object, all require contact with the muscles of our body to execute motion or alter the state of the body. Thus, muscular force is a contact force.
