Hi actully muslim festivals are not accordiing to the solar calander but according to the moon calender.
If you are asking about EID MEELAD then let me know you it is not a festival.
It is a celebration of birthday of prophet MUHAMMAD(pbuh).
But in Islam there is no place for celebration of birth as prophet MUHAMMAD(pbuh) himself never celebrate it. So it is not a festival in Islam..
