My Durga Puja was a marvellous adventure through the rituals of it.

It was a fun time celebrating Durga Puja. It felt miraculous when I saw the idol of Godess Durga and it was pure heaven. This time I had a lot of excitement to be the part of this grandeur. It had always been my wish to celebrate Durga Pooja in such a new way. It was amazing to perform all the rituals myself and serve food to all the relatives.It was the best Durga Pooja celebration ever for me.

Durga pooja is the celebration of Goddess Devi Durga victory over the Demon Mahishashura .It is celebrated for 9days and called as Navratri .On nine days different goddess are worshiped by people to fulfill their wishes .

It also dedicates a victory over Fear and Demonship .The dates on which we celebrate this occasion is according to lunar calendar.

In Kolkata it is celebrate with very pomp and show.But still celebrated in all parts of India .
