The Answer is 1 electron.
try to Remember the formulas of quantum numbers.
n = principle quantum no.
for eg. 1,2,3..etc
l = azimuthal quantum no.
l = n - 1 (if n is given)
if not then remember that s, p, d, f means 0,1,2,3 respectively.
m = magnetic quantum no.
m = -l to +l (if l is given or even n is given you can find l and then can find m)
s = spin quantum no.
it can only be either +1/2 or -1/2 .
Cr has outermost shell 3d4 so here n=3 , l= 3-1 = 2, m is -l to +l so -2 to +2
in +1 the last electron will be stored and since there is no anti parallel direction electron we'll take it to be +1/2. so only 1 electron will be there. even if there was 2 electrons there the second electron would've been antiparallel which would mean it's spin would have been -1/2. hope it helps in this and in your future questions aswell. :)
