My actions should be my responsibilities

Essientially, this means acknowledging the role you play in your own life - the good bits and the bad bits.

Rather than looking around for someone or something to blame

YOU MUST ACCEPT THAT YOU ARE INCHARGE OF WHAT IS GOING ON.

It means accepting that your own actions may have let you to the situation you're in now whether you like it or not.

The good news is that it also means celebrating yourself when you do something great. Own that amazing presentation you did at work and take responsibilities and creadit for hard work you put into it. Be proud of yourself when you succed on something. so, it is not all doom and groom. Acknowledging you action can also means giving yourself the respect you should deserve

By stepping up and accepting that your actions have consequences, you can find way to make those consequences positive.

  • By realising that you are incharge of your own life you will find it much easier to start creating - and maintaining - your own happiness

Accountablity is crucial to having a good relationship with people around you as well as with yourself

at last it is important to blaming on others if you are guilte than accept it
