 \huge \red{28  \: years}

Step-by-step explanation:

Let my present age be x

After 4 years, my age was x+4

3 years ago, my age was x-3

Now we are given that my age is four times the difference of my age after 4 years and before 3 years back

So, x = 4(x+4-(x-3))

x = 4(x+4-x+3)

x = 4(7)

x = 28

Hence my age is 28 years
