IAS Exam Eligibility Criteria. The educationalqualification needed to appear in UPSC CSE is a degree (graduation) in any subject. Final year students can also apply. Aspirants may go through the article to the eligibility criteria for writing UPSC CSE exam.
so friend 1st u should be graduated
and u can also join colleges in delhi or chandigarh for further knowledge and studies and master any one subject.
and my aim is also same !!
